Payment
I accept payment via Paypal and most major credit cards. On checkout, you will be redirected to Paypal for payment.
How to Pay with Credit Card
Upon checkout, you will be redirected to a Paypal page, just look for the "Don't have a Paypal account" section on the left-hand side of the Paypal page and click the "Continue" link to pay with your credit card.
What is Paypal?
PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay! PayPal securely processes payments for Ivydionne Designs. You can finish paying in a few clicks.

Shipping
Orders will ship between 24-48 hours from receipt of payment. International orders may take 3-4 days to ship.
Orders UNDER $75 will be shipped First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation. If you would like your order to go out Priority mail, please contact me and a revised Paypal invoice will be sent to you for the difference in shipping.
Purchases OVER $75 will be shipped Priority Mail. If you do not wish to pay for Priority Mail service, please contact me and I will adjust your invoice appropriately. Lost items over $75 not shipped via Priority Mail will not be refunded if lost in mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
I stand behind the quality of my work, however, if you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the item within 7 days of receipt for a refund or store credit. Please contact me first, within those 7 days, before shipping the product back to me with an explanation for the return.
I will credit/refund the purchase price once the item is received, excluding shipping fees. The item must be received in the condition it was shipped in. Items returned without prior notification, or outside the 7-day window, cannot be refunded.
I take great pride in my work, but understand that things do sometimes break, whether it be faulty or through normal wear and tear. If something you purchase should break, please contact me and I will be happy to work with you to rectify the situation.
All SALE items are final, no returns please.
California Sales Tax
Please note that sales tax is added by Paypal to all purchases made within California.
Color
I try to make sure my photographs represent an items true color to the best of my ability, however, monitor colors vary dramatically and no matter how good a color looks on my monitor, I have no control of what it will look like on yours. I do offer a verbal description of the color(s), but that may leave even more open to interpretation. Be aware that the actual color(s) may vary from your expectations.
